Our Hardware

There are two types of hardware available on the market. Consumer hardware and Business hardware. It’s important to note the big differences between the two types of hardware.

We refer to consumer hardware as computers and equipment typically purchased from retail outlets selling electrical items. Whilst this hardware is appropriate for a home environment, it typically is discouraged from being brought into the workplace as it lacks adequate software licensing, warranties and is generally built to a lesser quality.

Business hardware is typically not available in retail outlets. This type of hardware is packaged with business versions of software such as Windows Professional to allow for better security and warranties which don’t require you to send your device back to the shop for repair. In addition, warranties are typically longer than 1 year to ensure your business investment is secure.

All hardware sold by Bitflo comes with business grade components and warranties to ensure minimal downtime to your business. We package all computers with a minimum 3 year onsite warranty and ensure all brands we supply are reliable and well supported. Lastly, we use the same equipment as we sell and only provide equipment to our customers that we would be willing to use ourselves.

We can supply Dell, HP and Lenovo servers in custom configurations to suit your individual business.

Networking

We supply all leading brands of network equipment such as Ubiquiti, Aruba and Cisco.
