There are two types of support available, IT Support and Managed Services.
Standard IT Support is useful for smaller businesses who only need adhoc support and don’t wish to pay for any ongoing management of the IT systems. The hourly charge out rate for standard IT Support is typically higher, but you only pay for what you use.
Managed Services is the next step up from standard IT Support. Managed Services allows us to manage all elements of your IT systems to ensure security is maintained, devices are updated and keep a general watch over your entire IT system. We include security products with 24×7 monitoring, device monitoring and varied levels of technical support in these plans as standard.
Our standard IT Support has no ongoing monthly commitments, just pay for what you use.
Flat Rate
Standard IT Support is charged at a flat rate, in 30min increments.
Remote and Onsite
We can provide assistance both remotely and onsite
Logging Support
We can receive support requests via email and our online portal. For urgent issues, we also have a 1300 phone number.
Australian Team
Our support team work out of our office in Coorparoo in Brisbane.
Discounted Hardware
All of our customers receive access to discounted computers and other hardware
