We have been in schools for over 10 years and understand the unique complexities of an educational environment, it is this experience which has allowed us to build a tailored Education IT solution, Malaco Technology.
Malaco Technology was introduced to the Brisbane Community as a team of professionals who have a passion for ensuring schools have quality IT resources and support to assist student learning. We understand the unique challenges which schools face and also understand that not every school is the same. With this in mind, we tailor each of our packages to an individual schools needs and can provide support anywhere from 1-5 days each week.
With all of this connected technology driving educational outcomes in our schools, it is imperative that our school staff, students and parents are supported in both introducing and using this technology. In addition, it is imperative that this support is tailored to each school and offered in language which users can understand.
With over 10 years experience in education, we have experience in all aspects of education technology including BYOD, BYOX, General Support, Servers, Software and Sharepoint. Our team of highly motivated professionals have worked across the Education Queensland, Catholic Education and Private Education sectors.
Our technicians all carry blue cards to work with young people and where required hold an Orange Card to work on Education Queensland systems. We hold all required insurances including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity and Work Cover. For Education Queensland schools we also hold GITC and QAssure accreditation’s and have the ability to engage under a QITC agreement.
